The Southeastern section of Washington State has some important
historical areas. This area played a big role in the settlement of the
Northwest territory. Unfortunately this area is often overshadowed by its
more populated neighbors to the west. The Southeastern Washington Tourism
Board has commissioned you to produce a pamphlet and an Interactive
display on the important historical places in this part of the state.
These will be placed in Tourist Information Offices throughout Washington
and the surrounding states.
